A rare, TOP QUALITY BIG "Georgia RED" Megalodon tooth from the Miocene - an upper jaw Principal Anterior tooth. A December Fossil 2019 of the Month. The enamel is the Highest Quality with a few, fine hydration cracks. The crown is a fantastic mix of red & brown color - very nice. An excellent, dark brown colored bourlette which is nearly complete. Razor sharp serrations including an excellent tip serration. A GEM quality Chubutensis tooth - an upper jaw anterior tooth from So. Carolina. Otodus chubutensis or Chubutensis is the extinct ancestor of the Megalodon shark. An August Fossil of the Month. An incredible blue & tan colored crown. Top quality enamel. The brown bourlette is large and complete. Sharp serrations are near complete (only 2 partially damaged) and an excellent tip serration. The root is brown colored and complete with no hydration cracks. A Devonian sea floor slab with a Eldredgops (Phacops) rana milleri trilobite from the Silica Shale Formation of Ohio. The also three large pyrite replaced Paraspirifer bownockeri brachiopods, three Mucrospirifer mucronatus brachiopods, and other specimens. The Eldredgops has excellent detail on the compound eyes - very well preserved. The quality of the Silica Shale Fm. fossils are incredible. A rare sea floor specimen from the Middle Devonian (380 mya), Silica Shale Fm. from Lucas Co., Ohio. You don't see multi-species slabs for sale. A Museum Quality specimen. A Top Quality Hadrosaur maxilla (upper jaw) section from the late Cretaceous (Horseshoe Canyon Fm.) of North America. This jaw section contains 10 exposed teeth. This hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur was found in the Horseshoe Canyon Formation in Alberta. The maxilla possessed 100s teeth that were in rows of teeth which acted as conveyor belt to maintain a chewing surface to cut and grind their food. This specimen is a section of the lower jaw includes ten rows of teeth. Bone quality is excellent. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Horseshoe Canyon Fm., Alberta, Canada. A rare, Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens finger from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The finger includes two carpals and a manus claw. Edmontosaurus was mainly bipedal, but could walk on all four legs in search of food. As noted by the front leg size difference, Edmontosaurus could put little weight on them. Excellent bone quality. Minor crack fill. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Harding Co., So. Dakota. A Top Quality Megalodon tooth from Georgia - an upper jaw anterior tooth. The crown has excellent unique two-tone tan color. The enamel is the Highest Quality with small hydration cracks. A Large Brown colored bourlette which is  complete. Extra large, razor sharp serrations including an excellent tip serration. The root is a dark tan color, nicely articulated, robust, and complete. This tooth is exhibits large serrations and small grooves on the root ends. A HIGH QUALITY 4-11/16" Carcharodontosaurus tooth from the Kem Kem deposits of Morocco. This tooth is huge with a 4" crown! An excellent golden brown color. High quality enamel. Excellent overall quality and preservation. Very good anterior and posterior serrations. Excellent growth waves near cutting edge. Large position tooth in jaw - extra wide crown. Absolutely no cracks running across the tooth. There is an one inch area on the reverse side that must of lifted and it was stabilized. No restoration. A Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens lower jaw section from the late Cretaceous of North America. An August Fossil of the Month. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. They possessed ~300 teeth that were in columns of five teeth each which acted as conveyor belt to maintain a large chewing surface to cut and grind their food. This specimen is a large section of the lower jaw showing at least 20 teeth still in place. Bone quality is excellent with no cracks. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Powder River Co., Montana. A exceptional specimen from one of my favorite localities.
