Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The chevron is the appendage that resides below the tail vertebra that provides structure to the base of the tail. Chevron bones rarely survive and this one is 95% complete - rare! An ultra rare, Top Quality Red Site Otodus megalodon tooth from the Meherrin River, North Carolina. This Megalodon is a lower jaw anterior tooth from the Meherrin River copper-red site. Excellent rich copper-red color. The enamel is the highest quality. The serrations are large and sharp. Bourlette is a brown and mostly dentin layer. The root is complete. This is defintely a Miocene Meg tooth.
