A Top Quality Otodus sokolovi tooth from Harleyville, So. Carolina. Otodus sokolovi is the ancestor of O. auriculatus. An excellent lateral tooth. An excellent gray colored crown with a brown colored bourlette, and a light tan colored root. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color & preservation. The serrations are large and razor sharp including the tip. Two large side cusps. The root is complete and very well preserved. Note - there is an unusual iron oxide coating on this tooth. A LARGE, Top Quality Otodus sokolovi tooth from Harleyville, So. Carolina (Giant Cement Quarry). Otodus sokolovi is the ancestor of O. auriculatus. An excellent anterior tooth. An excellent tan colored crown with a black colored bourlette, and a charcoal colored root. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color & preservation. The serrations are large and razor sharp including the tip. Two large side cusps. The root is complete, very thick (1"), and very well preserved. A LARGE, Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens caudal (tail) vertebra "chevron" from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The chevron is the appendage that resides below the tail vertebra that provides structure to the base of the tail. Chevron bones rarely survive and this one is 95% complete - rare! Bone quality is excellent and heavy. No repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm.,Harding Co., So. Dakota. A Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens metatarsal bone from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The metarsals were the largest toe bones. This bone is metatarsal VI from toe 4 from the right foot.  Bone quality is excellent. Minor crack fill. No restoration.
