A rare Myliobatis barb section from Sumatra, Indonesia. This ray barb was deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A very unique collector's fossil. D192 is the good quality stinger barb section on the right. Authenticity guaranteed.

A rare Top Quality Megalodon tooth from the St. Mary's River, Georgia - an upper jaw anterior tooth. A June Fossil of the Month. The crown has excellent unique red & tan color with unique St. Mary's River red circles. The enamel is the Highest Quality with small hydration cracks. A Large Red colored bourlette which is complete. Razor sharp serrations including an excellent tip serration. The root is a red brown color, nicely articulated, robust, and complete. A very rare Edestus heinrichi  shark tooth, from Herrin, Illinois. This is a Paleozoic shark that lived in swamps that our now underground coal deposits. Very good preservation with excellent serrations. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. A very strange looking and unique acting shark. Shark recreation image is credited to Julio Lacerdo. These rare teeth are Pennsylvanian age from Illinois. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.
