An Ultra Rare nicely prepared, Struveapis sp. trilobite. A new phacopid trilobite with diagnostic characteristics including schizochroal eyes with fewer facets, a broader cephalon, and a smoother exoskeleton. An excellent specimen with good detail and completeness. The preparation is German directed with all original colors and no restoration. Great natural black with good luster. Oneecompound eye is exceptionally preserved. A Middle Devonian (380 mya) trilobite from the Jorf area, Atlas Mts., Morocco. Authenticity guaranteed. A rare trilobite!

An LUTRA RARE, Top Quality Hexanchus microdon tooth from the Khouribga phosphate mining area of Morocco. An October Fossil of the Month.  This is a lower jaw symphyseal tooth with eight primary cusps. Great preservation and color. The root is excellent - very unique & difficult to find! A rare late Jurassic sauropod limb bone section from the Morrison Fm. with bite marks. This is most likely a Camarasaurus tibia end section.  There is a tooth rake and a wedge cut shown in photos #3 & 4. Photo #5 shows a circular puncture of the bone. Camarasaurus was a mid- sized Jurassic sauropod.. Great rich brown gray color. Excellent bone quality. Note - sauropods had hollow bones with air sacs to reduce their weight. Legally collected on private land in the Morrison Fm., Bone Cabin Quarry, Albany Co., Wyoming. Authenticity guaranteed.  Shipping weight is 6 lbs. This item is not eligible for free shipping.
