This Megalodon has an excellent brown colored crown with mottled brown color shades and an excellent gold & brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! An ultra rare, EXTRA LARGE Top Quality Classic Red Site Carcharocles megalodon from the Meherrin River, North Carolina. This Meg is an incredible upper jaw anterior tooth. NC001 has an incredibly rich copper-red color. Fantastic color! The enamel is the highest quality with exceptional gloss. The serrations are large and 100% complete with a perfect tip. Bourlette is brown and 100% dentin layer. The root is complete and nicely articulated. A very well preserved tooth. These massive teeth have a design that includes a large / heavy root with high root face, a narrow crown width, and broad side cusps. Our July FOTM week 2 offering - an ULTRA RARE, EXTRA LARGE copper red colored Chubutensis tooth - an upper jaw anterior position. A monster sized 3-3/4" Chubutensis tooth. Rare copper red colors with rich reds and red-brown colors. The bourlette is very good. The serrations are sharp with a worn tip. Excellent color! Incredible size and excellent overall condition. Of course, there is no repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.  An ultra rare collector's tooth from the No.Carolina copper red site.
