A Top Quality, 5-5/16" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - upper jaw tooth. This Megalodon has an incredible tan colored crown with an excellent brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Exceptional color!  The serrations are razor sharp with an unique pathologic tip. Tip has a slight twist and serrations were not formed. Very strange. The root is an excellent tan color and extra wide (4-5/8") with typical hydration cracks and absolutely complete. Once thought to be a "raptor" tooth, it is now clear that these teeth are Abelisaurid, a family of Ceratosaurian theropod dinosaurs with the unique straight posterior carina. A LARGE, well preserved, Zarafasaura oceanis Plesiosaur tooth, a large extinct upper Cretaceous marine reptile from the phosphate  region (Oulad Abdoun Basin), Khouribga, Morocco. This Plesiosaur has been named Zarafasaura oceanis in 2011.
