An EXTRA LARGE scarce Top Quality, Isurus retroflexus, the Longfin Mako shark tooth (upper jaw anterior tooth) from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth has a rich black crown and a gray colored root. Excellent colors!  Sharp cutting edge. The rear top of root has a "shoulder" build up, a characteristic of Isurus retroflexus. An Extra Large, Top Quality Denversaurus schlessmani  tooth from the late Cretaceous of North America. Denversaurus schlessmani was the large Nodosaur which grew to 20 feet and 6000 pounds. The enamel is very good quality with excellent color and patina. Crown has some feeding wear. No cracks or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Carter Co., Montana. Authenticity guaranteed. A TOP QUALITY Mosasaurus beaugei tooth from the Cretaceous of Khouribga, Morocco. Excellent preservation. Note - the well defined flat ridges running the length of the crown - a M. beaugei characteristic. This massive specimen has an excellent wide cross-section. No repair or restoration. A massive Mosasaur tooth from the hero of Jurassic World! This is one of the more difficult of the large Mosasaur species to find. An excellent collector's Mosasaur tooth. A rare, Top Quality Trigonotodus aktulagaicus shark tooth, a Thresher shark, from the Tolagaysor Fm., Aktulagay, western Kazakhstan. This is an early Eocene (Ypresian) Lamnidae tooth. This scarce shark species. Excellent condition and preservation. These teeth are difficult to find! Authenticity guaranteed. One of the finest localities for Eocene age shark teeth! I only hane one tooth from this species!

Our July FOTM week 2 offering - an ULTRA RARE, EXTRA LARGE copper red colored Chubutensis tooth - an upper jaw anterior position. A monster sized 3-3/4" Chubutensis tooth. Rare copper red colors with rich reds and red-brown colors. The bourlette is very good. The serrations are sharp with a worn tip. Excellent color! Incredible size and excellent overall condition. Of course, there is no repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.  An ultra rare collector's tooth from the No.Carolina copper red site. We will not see many teeth from the copper red site and no Chubs like this one!

A TOP QUALITY, 4-5/8" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - an lower jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth. This Meg has an incredible light tan colored crown with an excellent brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color! The bourlette is excellent and near perfect. The serrations are large and razor sharp - essentially perfect with an exceptional tip serration. Excellent serrations - razor sharp! The root is an excellent tan color and absolutely complete. Excellent anterior symmetry! This Megalodon was found in the Pungo Formation, Lee Creek mine, NC (Miocene age = 15 MYA). One of the finest examples of a classic lower jaw anterior Lee Creek Megs considering the shape, color, and preservation. An exceptional collector's tooth from the old days at Lee Creek mine! NO repair! The BEST of the BEST! One of my favorites.

A FOTM is back. A GREEN TOP QUALITY, EXTRA LARGE Megalodon upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth from the So. Edisto River, So. Carolina. A fantastic green colored crown with tan color approaching the tip, and the serration color fades to a charcoal gray color. Very cool colors! High quality enamel. The bourlette is brown.The serrations show some wear, and are essentially complete with a good tip serration. Very good serrations for a big Meg. The root is nicely articulated with a nice brown color. Excellent symmetry. This is an excellent big Meg. Weighs more than 1 lb. NO repair! AN EXCEPTIONAL BIG GREEN MEG from So. Edisto River. A very rare, Top Quality Edestus heinrichi shark tooth, from Herrin, Illinois. This is a Paleozoic shark that lived in swamps that our now underground coal deposits. Excellent preservation, serrations, and serration detail. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion or a vertical whipping motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. A very strange looking and unique acting shark. Shark recreation image is credited to Julio Lacerdo. These rare teeth are Pennsylvanian age from Illinois. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.
