A Gem Quality Miocene-Pliocene Mastodon molar from Florida. Incredible color (red, gold & brown) and detail. An August Fossil of the Month. An extinct elephant ancestor that inhabited North America during the late Miocene to late Pliocene. This molar is a recently erupted tooth with a small amount of cusp wear. Excellent articulation. A scarce, Top Quality Abelisaurid dinosaur tooth from the Cretaceous Kem Kem deposits of Morocco. This is a premaxillary (front) tooth with a "D" shaped base cross-section. Once thought to be a "raptor" tooth, it is now clear that these teeth are Abelisaurid, a family of ceratosaurian theropod dinosaurs with the unique straight posterior carina. They were the dominate smaller theropod in the late Cretaceous Kem Kem deposit. Fantastic red color and serrations. Excellent preservation. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. A fantastic Abelisaurid tooth.  They do not find many premaillary teeth.

A Top Quality Great White tooth from the Ica region of Peru. Lower jaw tooth - juvenile shark. Highest quality enamel. An excellent TAN & BLUE colored crown with excellent serrations. Excellent serrations - no wear. The tooth exhibits the side cusps - a juvenile trait. Note - the tooth is a possible Carcharodon hubbelli, GW transition tooth, with small serrations on the lower half of the crown and no serrations on the top half of the crown.
