A rare, EXTRA LARGE Top Quality Suwanee Auriculatus tooth from the Suwanee River, northern Florida. An exceptional upper jaw lateral tooth. Gorgeous green colored crown with a brown colored bourlette, and brown root. Highest quality enamel with great river polish. Excellent color & preservation. Our July FOTM week 2 offering - an ULTRA RARE, EXTRA LARGE copper red colored Chubutensis tooth - an upper jaw anterior position. A monster sized 3-3/4" Chubutensis tooth. Rare copper red colors with rich reds and red-brown colors. The bourlette is very good. The serrations are sharp with a worn tip. Excellent color! Incredible size and excellent overall condition. Three natural Hoploscaphites nebrascensis ammonites in a cluster with excellent preservation of the shell material. There are three ammonites in this cluster. The shell material has some natural iridescence.  This ammonite species exhibits big ribs with multiple rows of tubercles (nodes). This specimen is sits in an original Pierre Shale nodule with a flat base for a great display. This ammonite is from the upper Cretaceous, Pierre Shale Fm. of So. Dakota. Authenticity guaranteed. A Top Quality Eurypterus lacustris, the "Sea Scorpion", from Buffalo, New York. A November Fossil of the Month. This is a spooky looking arthropod that are related to arachnids, such as, the Horseshoe crab. It was found in the Williamsville Fm., Bertie Group of western New York and it is Silurian age (430 mya). A complete specimen that is nicely displayed on shale matirx.
