A TOP QUALITY rare Araucaria mirabilis pine cone cut and polished specimen from Argentina. These Jurassic pine cones are exquisite and known for their highy quality and extreme preservation. A GEM, Lee Creek Carcharocles chubutensis, a C. megalodon predecessor, from Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth was given the name the "Oreo Chub" with its black and white bourlette. Very rare colors for Lee Creek. A May Fossil of the Month. This tooth was found in the Pungo River Formation (middle Miocene age). Note the crown exhibits large cusplike bumps at the base of the serrated edge and the root ends also show grooves where the teeth interlocked. These are characteristic traits of the Lee Creek early Meg - C. chubutensis. A gorgeous tan &  blue colored crown with an incredible black & white bourlette. Fantastic serrations with a nearly perfect with damage to one. The root is dark brown with small hydration cracks. Highest quality enamel! Excellent color! No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. I have only seen one LC Chub like this one -  the "Oreo Chub" is a Lee Creek rarity!

A Top Quality Megalodon tooth from Georgia - an lower jaw anterior tooth. The crown has excellent unique tan color with a wisp of black. The enamel is the Highest Quality with small hydration cracks. A Large Black colored bourlette which is  complete. Extra large, razor sharp serrations including an excellent tip serration. The root is a brown color, nicely articulated, robust, and complete. This tooth is exhibits large serrations and small grooves on the root ends. These are traits of a Miocene age tooth.  Incredible color!  Note - these Georgia Megs are fantastic - essentially little sign of wear and excellent preservation. An ultra rare MONSTER, 3-3/16" Great White shark tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth from the Bahia Iglesa Fm., Chile. A March Fossil of the Month.This tooth is huge and extra wide (2-1/8"). It has a rich tan colored crown and a goden tan root. Fantantic color! Highest quality enamel with no hydration cracks or peeling. Serrations are exceptional - very large with a big tip serration. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. Note -  the root appears to have two cracks and was most likely reattached without fill or restoration.  A HUGE Chilean Great White collector's tooth and display. Authenticity guaranteed. Unfortunately there are no more teeth coming from this site.
