A RARE, Troodon formosus tooth from the Hell Creek Fm. of western North America. Troodontid teeth are known for their very unique shaped teeth with unusually large distal serrations. The enamel is excellent with a good brown color.  Please note that Hell Creek Fm. Troodon teeth typically have weak or no anterior serrations. This is a damaged specmen. No repair or restoration. A HUGE, Top Quality Ptychodus mammillaris, an extinct durophagous (shell-crushing) shark, tooth from Dallas Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Upper Cretaceous Kamp Ranch Fm. tooth. These massive teeth have a design with strong transverse ridges across the cusp that transition to a concentric pattern at the base of the cusp. Authenticity guaranteed. Note - one margin has a natural crack which contains matrix within it and the root structure is missing. This is a rare species and a suer rare size - this specimen exceeds the maximum size recorded for Texas!

A rare, LARGE rooted Top Quality Prognathodon anceps tooth with a jaw section from the phosphate mining region, Khouribga, Morocco. P. anceps is the largest mosasaur species known with huge with wide teeth used for crushing prey.  Exceptional condition and preservation. Note - this large Moroccan Mosasaur was renamed to a Prognathodon genus. The crown measures 2-1/2". Wide base and root. One crack. A "Flying" Top Quality, EXTRA LARGE Zilchovaspis rogusa trilobite from Morocco. A November Fossil of the Month. It has German controlled preparation and retains all natural color and detail.
