An Ultra Rare, GEM Quality Sharktooth Hill Megalodon tooth found in the Round Mountain silt near Bakersfield, California. A location that produces very few Megalodon teeth and one of the toughest Meg teeth to locate. A March 2021 Fossil of the Month. This colorful tooth was found in a "fire zone" site south of the Kern River. Highest quality enamel with a great tan and golden tan colors with charcoal highlights. The bourlette is a red color and 100% complete. The serrations are extra large and 100% complete with a great tip. The root is nicely articulated and complete. A "Flying" Cyphaspis tafilaltense trilobite. A great "Flying" specimen on a matrix pedestal with the long spines that are free standing. A GEM Quality, "Banded" Tyrannosaur tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian) in northern North America. Please note that this tooth could Gorgosaurus or Daspletosaurus - see Detailed Discussion below. This tooth measures 1-7/16" - an excellent Tyrannosaur  tooth. A maxillary tooth. A Top Quality Ptychodus decurrens, an extinct durophagous (shell-crushing) shark, tooth from Travis Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Upper Cretaceous So. Bosque Shale Fm. tooth. A "Flying" TOP QUALITY Walliserops trifurcatus trilobite, the "trident Comura".  A November Fossil of the Month and one of the collector's favorite spiny trilobites. Walliserops trifurcatus is an unusual looking species with three rows of of spines run down its back and a trident-like fork extending from the front of the cephalon.
