A late Jurassic sauropod limb bone section from the Morrison Fm. This is most likely a Camarasaurus femur end section. Camarasaurus was a mid- sized Jurassic sauropod.. Great rich brown gray color with a gray patina. Excellent bone quality. Note - sauropods had hollow bones with air sacs to reduce their weight. An ultra rare, Top Quality lower jaw lateral Hexanchus tooth - the Sixgill Cow shark, from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth has a rich blue & tan crown with a tan root. Eleven main cusps (all complete). Please note that this tooth is from a back up row. and the root is not fully developed.  Incredible color and preservation.
