A GEM, 6-3/16" ULTRA RARE Caribbean Megalodon tooth - an upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth. Our January 2019 Fossil of the Month offering. This Megalodon tooth has an incredible light creamy tan colored crown with interesting light charcoal gray patterning. Highest quality enamel with no hydration cracks. Exceptional color! The bourlette is large and perfect. The serrations are razor sharp including the big tip serration. Excellent serrations for a big Meg! The root is an excellent creamy tan color with no hydration cracks. An extra wide root (4-7/8" wide). Great symmetry. Note - the serrations on the right side of the tooth were damaged and professionlly restored. The damaged area was restricted to the edge only. You can see the charcoal gray patterning patterning extending to the edge of the enamel. Otherwise, a perfect tooth. This Megalodon was found in a limestone quarry in the Caribbean (Miocene age). An ULTRA RARE,  Top Quality 6-1/8" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth, an upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth from Aurora, No. Carolina. A July Fossil of the Month selection. This Megalodon tooth has an incredible light tan colored crown with an excellent brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel with essentially no hydration cracks - rare for a big Meg tooth! A Colorful, LARGE "Twisted Tip" Megalodon  - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has a Black draped over Silver gray colored crown with a dark brown & black colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color!  The bourlette is large & complete. The serrations are razor sharp with a rare "twisted tip". Excellent  serrations. Very cool! An ultra rare, Thalassocnus, a Swimming Sloth, claw. This sloth lived on the west coast of So. America during the late Miocene age. The rare claw is from the Bahia Inglesia Formation, Copiapo, Chile. Fantastic red color. Very good condition with minor damage (erosion). No repair.  I have not seen a swimming sloth claw for sale before. This is all of the sloth material that I have from 10+ years ago! A rare collector's claw.

Saurornitholestes langstoni, “Langston's lizard-bird thief”, is currently the only described Judith River Fm. raptor, and it is a close relative of Velociraptor. An EXTRA LARGE Scapanorhynchus texanus tooth from Frankstown, MS. An incredible, XXL anterior tooth.

A very rare, EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Edestus heinrichi shark tooth, from Herrin, Illinois. This is a Paleozoic shark that lived in swamps that our now underground coal deposits. An extra large crown and root section. Excellent preservation, serrations, and serration detail. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion or a vertical whipping motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. A very strange looking and unique acting shark. Shark recreation image is credited to Julio Lacerdo. These rare teeth are Pennsylvanian age from Illinois. A rare, Quality Anzu wyliei toe (pes) claw section from the Hell Creek Fm. of SE Montana. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". An excellent partial pes claw.
