A rare, ~3" GEM Great White transition shark tooth, Carcharodon hubbelli, from Chile. The C. hubbelli is an evolutionary transition from the non-serrated big-tooth Mako shark to the fully serrated Great White shark which takes place in the late Miocene period. An incredibly sized, GEM Great White shark tooth from Chile. My final February 2018 Fossil of the Month.This ULTRA RARE, MONSTER sized Great White tooth measures 2-7/8" - a huge upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth. Highest quality enamel! Excellent color. "The Best of West Java". An ultra rare, TOP QUALITY 6" Megalodon - upper jaw tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has an excellent tan with a red - brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color! The bourlette is large. The bourlette is 50% complete, but looks very nice with the dentin layer being the same color. Great color! The serrations are razor sharp with a slightly damaged tip serration. Only 4 serrations show minor damage. Great serrations for a BIG Meg. The root is complete with a few shallow pitting which is common for the West Java Megs. Miocene Age. No repair or restoration. Authenticity Guaranteed. An excellent BIG Meg collector's tooth. Note - This tooth exhibits the classic characteristic shape of the middle Miocene Mako teeth found both in the Lee Creek mine and the NC red site. I do not see this Mako tooth shape from other Miocene deposits. Possibly a hastalis species variation and it is referred to as the "narrow form". Maximum size is approximately 2". This tooth has a rich  blue crown and a brown colored root. Excellent colors!  Razor sharp cutting edge. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. It is a Miocene tooth from the Pungo River Fm. An excellent collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed.

A VERY RARE rooted, High QualityTyrannosaurus rex tooth. This is an excellent rooted juvenile T-Rex rear tooth. Total length is is 2-1/4", the crown measures 3/4" and is thick 11/16". The rooted T-Rex  teeth are very rare. The enamel is good quality with some peeling. Fair anterior and posterior serrations with some wear. No cracks.
