A LARGE "Prosqualodon" primitive dolphin tooth with a big root from the Sharktooth Hill area, near Bakersfield, California. A fantastic Prosqualodon display piece on its original matrix with a 4" whale bone. Excellent preservation and gorgeous color. Excellent crown and root - very unusual for this species. An ultra rare, Record Size, Top Quality Carcharoides totuserratus (extinct Mackerel) shark tooth from the Fishermans Steps, Jan Juc, Victoria, Australia. A World Record size for this species - so we believe. A May Fossil of the Month. Incredible color and preservation. Complete tooth. This tooth is Late Oligocene (Janjukian) from the Jan Juc Fm. There is a crack at the base of the crown that was stabilized without breaking.  An ultra rare collector's Carcharoides totuserratus tooth. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. Australian fossil shark teeth are nearly impossible to source. This is an incredible specimen from an old collection.

A GEM Quality Aetomylaeus sp., an Eagle ray, mouth plate from Caldera area of Chile. An excellent plate of pavement teeth from the upper jaw. The specimen resides on its orinigal matrix. This plate has exceptional preservation, fantastic deep red colors, and exceptionally clean. Note - the bottom side of this specimen is mostly matrix covered with a large whale bone is exposed. An incredible late Miocene Eagle ray mouth plate from the Bahia Inglesa Fm.  Museum Quality.
