A TOP QUALITY Megalonyx leptostomus sloth claw from an extinct genus of giant ground sloths and our December 2017 Fossil of the Month. This claw has excellent preservation and shows little water wear. It's complete down to a nice tip with absolutely no restoration or repair. Excellent preservation of the proximal end. There is a little eriosion on the top of the claw. A wonderful Late Pliocene - Early Pleistocene display piece from northern Florida. Authenticity guaranteed. One of my favorites!

An Ultra Rare, Top Quality Hexanchus andersoni lower jaw symphyseal tooth from Sharktooth Hill area, near Bakersfield, California. An October Fossil of the Month.  A lower jaw symphyseal tooth with 5 primary cusps.  Excellent tancolor. One of the most difficult Hexanchus teeth to find! Authenticity guaranteed. Perfect symphyseal tooth with the unique H. andersoni design!  The BEST! This tooth was part of a 25 year collection. My last symphyseal tooth.

A Top Quality, LARGE Zilchovaspis rogusa trilobite from Morocco. It has German controlled preparation and retains all natural color and detail. Preparation easily took many dozens of hours to clean this specimen. Incredible prep work! All natural - an incredible display piece with the front of the cephalon raised to 3-1/4" (see photos #2 and 4). A Lower Devonian trilobite (395 mya). It is beautifully prepared to give it a sculpted effect with the bottom of the cephalon, thorax, and pygidium are fully exposed. Preparation easily took many dozens of hours to clean this specimen! A LARGE Scaldicetus sp., a Sperm whale, tooth from Caldera area of Chile. An incredible late Miocene Sperm whale tooth from the Bahia Inglesa Fm. This tooth has great preservation and a fantastic brown color There a small amount of matrix on the rear. Makes a great display. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. Unfortunately there are no teeth coming from this site 19 years!  My largest remaining whale tooth.

An EXTRA LARGE, High Quality Ptychodus mortoni, an extinct durophagous (shell-crushing) shark, tooth from Dallas Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Upper Cretaceous Eagle Ford Fm. tooth. These  teeth have a design that includes a high cusp with radiating occlusal ridges extending across the cusp face. Authenticity guaranteed. P. mortoni is a rare species in Texas, and when teeth get this large they are extremely rare! The last of my largest teeth.

A Top Quality, Pristiophorous lanceolatus, Saw shark rostal tooth from the Bahia Iglesa Fm. of Chile. The crown is exceptionally clean and sharp.
