A LARGE, very rare Top Quality Paraisurus compressus, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Tarrant Co., Texas. An October Fossil of the Month. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Paw Paw Fm. tooth. These teeth have a unique design with a a very compressed tooth, very high root face, no cusps, and long slender root lobes. A TOP Quality Megalodon - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has an excellent light red edge on blue colored crown with a unique red brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Great color!  The bourlette is large and near complete. The serrations are razor sharp and complete with an excellent "needle-like" tip serration. Excellent  serrations.
