A LARGE, ultra rare, Top Quality Tyrannosaur toe bone from the late Cretaceous (Campanian) in northern North America. Please note that this toe bone could Albertosaurus, Gorgosaurus or Daspletosaurus - see Detailed Discussion below. A May Fossil of the Month. This toe bone measures 3-5/8" - an excellent Tyrannosaur toe bone. This could be the next to last digit of the center toe (see Albertosaurus foot photo). An ultra rare, TOP QUALITY Megalodon - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia - new site.  A May Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an excellent brown colored crown with mottled brown color shades and an excellent gold & brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! A LARGE, Top Quality Chubutensis tooth - an upper jaw tooth from So. Carolina. Otodus chubutensis or Chubutensis is the extinct ancestor of the Megalodon shark. An excellent Charcoal Gray colored crown. High quality enamel. The black bourlette is complete. Sharp serrations are sharp with a slightly worn tip serration. The root is black colored and complete. Note the small cusp-like bumps at the base of the cutting edge and the grooves on the sides of the root ends - both are Chubutensis characteristics. No repair or restoration. The PERFECT, very rare Parotodus benedeni tooth. An April 2019 Fossil of the Month. Lateral tooth. The crown has extremely sharp cutting edges. Exceptional light tan & blue color and preservation.
