A rare, Top Quality Classic Red Site Carcharocles megalodon from the Meherrin River, North Carolina. This Meg is an incredible upper jaw anterior tooth. An April Fossil of the Month. NC002 has an incredibly rich copper-red color. Fantastic color! The enamel is the highest quality with exceptional gloss. The serrations are large and 100% complete with a perfect tip. Bourlette is brown and 80% complete with minimal dentin layer exposed. The root is completeand nicely articulated. A very well preserved tooth. Small well preserved egg shell pieces from Pyroraptor olympius, a Dromaeosaurid raptor dinosaur, from southern France. This small raptor whose name means "fire thief". A very unique shell design with large dimples. These egg shell pieces are typical size for these small eggs with a shell thickness of 1/32"+. These late Cretaceous age shells were found near the Pyroraptor discovery site in Trets, Aix Basin, Provence, France. All natural. No restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.
