A Top Quality upper jaw Notorhynchus tooth - a Sevengill Cow shark, from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Note - this is an upper lateral tooth with 5 main cusps (one damaged). I rarely see this tooth position. This tooth has a rich blue & tan crown with a tan root. Incredible color and preservation. These are Miocene age, Pungo River Formation teeth. A Top Quality, Myliobatus sp., an Eagle ray, pavement tooth plate from the Sharktooth Hill area, near Bakersfield, California. This specimen still resides on its original Round Mountain silt matrix which make a perfect upright display. A complete lower jaw plate. Excellent preservation and gorgeous color.
