A very rare, Parotodus benedeni  tooth from the Newberry, So. Carolina. An Oligocene age tooth from the Ashley Marl. Top quality enamel and very clean & sharp edges and a sharp tip! Wide crown shape. A very rare, Top Quality Edestus heinrichi shark tooth, from Herrin, Illinois. This is a Paleozoic shark that lived in swamps that our now underground coal deposits. Excellent preservation, serrations, and serration detail. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion or a vertical whipping motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. A very strange looking and unique acting shark. Shark recreation image is credited to Julio Lacerdo. These rare teeth are Pennsylvanian age from Illinois. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.

A Very Rare, Top Quality (Gem) Rolfodon ludvigseni tooth from Hornby Island, British Columbia, Canada. An August Fossil of the Month. This is a new genius from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. A unique species of Chlamydoselachiform shark, the Frill shark. These teeth exhibit classic Frill shark design with a central cusp flanked by two lateral cusps. A lateral tooth. The crown is complete and the root is complete. Note - two crown ends were very neatly reattached without fill or gaps which is typical for a matrix free specimen. Crack lines are hard to see without magnification. Highest quality enamel. No repair. A very difficult tooth to locate and an excellent collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. This incredible specimen is from a 20 year old collection. A fantastic Frill shark specimen!

An ultra rare Top Quality, Stegosaurus plate. A February Fossil of the Month. This Stegosaurus plate is good sized and measures 17-1/2" wide x 13" high. The bone quality is exceptional with a black color. Excellent overall condition. There is limited crack fill, but there is no restoration. This is a large and all natural specimen. Stegosaurus was an iconic quadruped herbivore recognized by these plates lining its neck, back and tail during the late Jurassic. Legally collected on private land in the Morrison Fm., Bone Cabin Quarry, Albany Co., Wyoming. Authenticity guaranteed. A Top Quality Megalodon tooth from Georgia - an upper jaw tooth. The crown has excellent unique tan color. The enamel is the Highest Quality with small hydration cracks. A Large Black colored bourlette which is 80% complete. Extra large, razor sharp serrations including an excellent tip serration. The root is a dark tan color, nicely articulated, robust, and complete. This tooth is exhibits extra large serrations and grooves on the root ends.
