A very rare,Top Quality Anzu wyliei finger from the Hell Creek Fm. of Montana. A september Fossil of the Month. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell", a large Hell Creek Fm. oviraptor. This is the 1st finger with a non-assciated manus claw and digit. The manus claw is top quality with 3/16" of the tip professionally  restored. Excellent rich brown color and patina. All surfaces are fantasic - very rare. This is top quality, collector's Anzu finger from the Hell Creek of Montana. A GEM Harleyville Auriculatus tooth.  A less common lower jaw anterior tooth - a very difficult position tooth to find. Gorgeous gray colored crown with a black colored bourlette, and light gray root. Highest quality enamel! Exceptionally colored & preserved. The serrations are large and razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. The root is complete and very well preserved. It is very hard to find these teeth in perfect condition. Museum quality.  A killer collector's Harleyville Auriculatus tooth!

A TOP QUALITY, EXTRA LARGE & very rare Archaeocete whale, Zygorhiza kochii. Our November Fossil of the Month is a highly desirable Zygorhiza molar or "yoke" tooth.  An exceptional light brown colored crown and tan root. Nicely articulated. Complete root. This tooth has minimal repair to 2nd & 4th cusp on the left side and a small amount to the 4th cusp on the right side. Very little repair overall for a yoke tooth which are typically heavily repaired.  The BEST Archaeocete molar that I have seen from So. Carolina in a long time. A very rare collector's tooth. A very rare, LARGE, Top Quality Edestus heinrichi shark tooth, from Herrin, Illinois. This is a Paleozoic shark that lived in swamps that our now underground coal deposits. Excellent crown enamel. Excellent preservation, serrations, and serration detail. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion or a vertical whipping motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. A very strange looking and unique acting shark. Shark recreation image is credited to Julio Lacerdo. These rare teeth are Pennsylvanian age from Illinois.
