A Top Quality Cretodus crassidens, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Denton Co., Texas. An October Fossil of the Month. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Eagle Ford Fm. tooth. These massive teeth have a design that includes a large / heavy root with high root face, a narrow crown width, and broad side cusps. This is the big shark tooth in Texas Cretaceous deposits which can reach 2.6". This is a lateral tooth with perfect side cusps. Authenticity guaranteed. Perfect tooth. I don't see many of these teeth.

An ultra rare, Top Quality lower jaw lateral Hexanchus tooth - the Sixgill Cow shark, from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth has a rich orange -  tan crown with a light tan root. Nine main cusps (two have some damage). The root is incredible - damage free and thick. Incredible color and preservation. These are Pliocene age, Yorktown Formation teeth. An EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Struthiomimus altus toe bone from the late Cretaceous of North America. An August Fossil of the Month. Struthiomimus is a long legged, bipedal, toothless dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The Struthiomimus means "ostrich mimic" which best describes this species. Exceptional bone quality and color. This toe bone is complete with excellent bone preservation. No repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Powder River Co., Montana.
