A LARGE Top Quality, Carcharodon hastalis,  Mako shark tooth (upper jaw tooth) from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth has a rich blue tan crown and a light brown colored root. A very rare, early Otodus obliquus anterior tooth from Kzil-Orda Region, Kazakhstan. Otodus obliquus is the ancestor to O. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. The bourlette is large and complete. Exhibits no serrations. The starting species to serrated Otodus teeth. These teeth exhibit very good color, gloss, and preservation. A rare, early Eocene (Ypresian) Auriculatus transition tooth. A very challenging tooth to find when building a Megalodon evolutionary set! No repair. Authenticity guaranteed. Note - This western Kazakhstan site is one of the few places in the world where the Otodus obliquus to Otodus auriculatus transition can be found in adjacent early Eocene formation units.

A MUSEUM QUALITY group of two Sinosura kelheimensis, a Brittle Star. The largest is 1-3/8" in length. Incredible detail. Excellent preservation and excellent preparation. Matrix size is 4-1/2" x 2". The Buena Vista Museum publishes a new and improved guide to the fossil sharks of Sharktooth Hill. This guide has been expanded to 35 pages and now includes color photos of all of teeth. A must have for the Miocene fossil collector of California. Great value!

An EXTRA LARGE and very RARE, MUSEUM QUALITY Stenaster sp. Starfish. This very high quality, extra large Starfish is 4-1/2" in length. Incredible detail. Incredible preservation and preparation. Matrix size is 11" x 12". Ordovician age - ~465 MYA. This rare Starfish is from the Hefalla Sandstone, Katouna Fm., Mecissi, Morocco. This is the real deal.
