An EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality, Broad-tooth Mako shark tooth from So.Carolina. Commonly referred to as Isurus hastalis, but renamed to Carcharodon hastalis as a Great White shark ancestor. High quality enamel. A very glossy blue colored crown. Very clean cutting edges. An ultra rare, Thalassocnus, a Swimming Sloth, manus (hand) claw from the Bahia Inglesia Formation, Copiapo, Chile. A May Fossil of the Month. This sloth lived on the west coast of So. America during the late Miocene age. This claw is a near complete with minor erosion along the upper edge and back end. Both areas have minor restoration. Fantastic color and preservation. Authenticity guaranteed. I have not seen a swimming sloth claw for sale before. This is all of the sloth material that I have from 15 years ago! A rare collector's claw. This is my one and only hand claw!
