An Extra Large, Top Quality Triceratops horridus rooted tooth from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Triceratops is a large ceratopsian dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The enamel has exceptional quality with excellent color / patina. The chewing surface measures 3/4” with a high ridge. This is a un-erupted tooth that has no wear. A very rare, Top Quality Tyrannosaurus rex  tooth. This tooth measures 2-1/16".  The enamel has an excellentl color and patina. Excellent mesial and distal serrations. Base cross-section is a tall oval. Tip is repaired. A top quality maxillary tooth!
