An ultra rare, HIGH QUALITY Red Site Otodus (Carcharocles) megalodon tooth from the Meherrin River, North Carolina. This Meg is an upper jaw tooth from the Meherrin River copper-red site. NC009 has good copper red color. The enamel is the good quality. The serrations are sharp including the tip. Bourlette is dark brown and near complete. The root has some damage. A Miocene Meg tooth. A LARGE Chubutensis - upper jaw tooth on its original sandstone matrix. Gorgeous variegated brown, tan & gray colored enamel with no peel. Incredible color! Good side cusps.  Extra sharp serrations are incredible. The bourlette is a brown color and essentially complete. The root is excellent red brown color, nicely articulated, and complete with essentially no hydration cracks. Matrix size is 3" x 2-3/4". No repair. An excellent, extra large Peruvian Chub tooth!

A very rare, early Otodus mugodzharicus upper jaw, lateral tooth from Aktulagay, western Kazakhstan. A transitional tooth leading to C. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. A November Fossil of the Month.The bourlette is complete. Tooth exhibits "wavy serrated" edges similar to the Isurus escheri tooth. These teeth exhibit very good color, gloss, and preservation. A rare, early Eocene Auriculatus transition tooth. A very challenging tooth to find when building a Megalodon evolutionary set! No repair. Authenticity guaranteed. A very rare, EXTRA LARGE Auriculatus lateral tooth from Peru with a tan crown and brown root. The serrations are very nice -  large and razor sharp. Excellent side cusp development. Excellent preservation. The only challenge with this tooth is a root break was repaired. These Peruvian Rics are very rare! You cannot find them any more. Authenticity guaranteed.

A TOP QUALITY Deltadromeus tooth from the Cretaceous Kem Kem deposits of Morocco. Sharp serrations. Excellent red color. Great preservation. Great posterior profile curve. An excellent tooth from a mid size Cretaceous theropod. No cracks. No repair or restoration. These teeth are very uncommon. Please see my Deltadromeus tooth discussion below. This is my best estimate of this species based upon the characteristics of this theropod and distinguishing it from other known Kem Kem theropod species.
