A Top Quality Tietea singularis, petrified Tree Fern. trunk section from the Maranhão Basin, NE Brazil. This tree fern was from the Pedra do Fogo Formation and is Permian age age (265 MYA). One end is polished and the other is sanded. The interior is highly vascular with unqiue pores and channels that have been silicified into agate. The exterior trunk section nicely preserved. Trunk section length is 4-3/8" in length and makes a great display.  This piece exhibits exceptional preservation and color. Authenticity guaranteed. A rare, Top Quality Megalodon - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia - new site. This Megalodon has an incredible tan color tooth with an excellent brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color! The bourlette is large and 98% complete. The serrations are razor sharp and near complete with an excellent tip serration. Very good serrations. The root is good with erosion on the rear which is common for these Megs. Miocene Age. No repair or restoration. An ULTRA RARE, Top Quality 5-7/8" Tyrannosaurus rex tooth with root. This crown measures 2-1/4" and is root thick (1-1/2"). The crown and root enamel has very good color and patina. Serrations are worn and there is some enamel peel. Tip end is worn round which is very typical with adult Rex teeth. Several cracks in the crown were filled and stabilized. The root has no hydration cracks - incredible quality. You will not find a better quality root! A top quality, massive Rex tooth from an adult T. Rex.
