A LARGE, Top Quality, Triceratops horridus toe bone (pes digit) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Triceratops was a large ceratopsian dinosaur found in the Hell Creek and Lance Creek formations which is know for three horns and the large frill protecting its neck. This is an excellent toe bone with excellent detail preserved and good color / patina. This is the large toe II - digit 1 bone. You can see the "mushroom" appearance of proximal ends which is a characteristic of Triceratops and distinguishes it from a Hadrosaur toe bone. Triceratops bones are more difficult to find. Minor crack fill. No repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in Powder River Co., Montana. Authenticity guaranteed. A HUGE, TOP QUALITY Spinosaurus aegyptiacus tooth from the Kem-Kem region of Morocco. An October Fossil of the Month. High quality enamel with well preserved and pronounced grooves running up the crown. Little crown tip wear for a big tooth. A fantastic deep red patina - rare color for a Spino tooth, and the surface has a drusy crystalline appearance - very nice and very rare. Plus this is an extra thick BIG Spino tooth that would have been easily 1-1/2" thick at the base - see photo. One of the fattest Spino teeth that I have seen. No cracks. A GEM Chubutensis tooth from the Miocene of Georgia. A Gray and Tan colored Chub tooth with a root beer colored bourlette and a brown root. Fantastic colors! The enamel is the Highest Quality with mirror-like gloss and only a single small hydration crack. An exceptional  bourlette with no peel and essentially perfect. Extra large, razor sharp serrations including an excellent tip serration. The root is nicely articulated and complete with no hydration cracks and excellent grooves on the root ends. A very rare, Trigonotodus alteri shark tooth, an extinct Giant Thresher, from So. Carolina. Nice tan color. Good preservation, but there are a some condition issues.  These teeth are rarely found and seen. A rare collectors' tooth in high quality condition. Authenticity guaranteed. This is the rarest of the Giant Thresher species.
