A very rare, Top Quality Edestus heinrichi shark tooth, from Herrin, Illinois. This is a Paleozoic shark that lived in swamps that our now underground coal deposits. Excellent preservation, serrations, and serration detail. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion or a vertical whipping motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. A very strange looking and unique acting shark. Shark recreation image is credited to Julio Lacerdo. These rare teeth are Pennsylvanian age from Illinois. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.

A rare, Top Quality Anzu wyliei toe (pes) claw from the Hell Creek Fm. of SE Montana. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". An excellent pes claw. Excellent rich brown color and patina. This specimen has excellent perservation - no pitting, nicks or wear. Note - the tip was professsionally restored which is typical for most Hell Creek claws. A Top Quality Timurlengia euotica tooth from the late Cretaceous (Turonian) in northern Central Asia. A June Fossil of the Month. Timurlengia was discovered in 2016 in the Bissekty Fm  (90 MYA), and it filled a gap in the Tyrannosaur family ancestry. This tooth measures 1-1/2" - an excellent Tyrannosaur tooth. The enamel is high quality with excellent color. Excellent anterior and posterior serrations. Serrated to the tip. Wide base at 5/8". No cracks, repair or restoration. Found in the Kyzylkum Desert, Uzbekistan. Authenticity guaranteed. A very rare and special collector's tooth.

An exceptional "split & twisted crown" Otodus obliquus tooth from the Khouribga phosphate mining area of Morocco. This pathologic tooth is divided into three sections and twisted! A Top Quality Thescelosaurus neglectus pes ungual (foot claw) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. A March Fossil of the Month. Thescelosaurus is a mid-sized dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. This claw is excellent quality with excellent color / patina. Exceptional preservation. A GEM, ~5-1/4" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - ANTERIOR tooth. Our 2nd January 2017 Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible light blue colored crown with an exceptional mahogany brown bourlette and mostly complete. Highest quality enamel. Exceptional tan & light blue color!
