A Top Quality , 5" ULTRA RARE Caribbean Megalodon tooth - a lower jaw ANTERIOR tooth. This Megalodon tooth has an incredible very light creamy tan colored crown with interesting light charcoal gray patterning. Highest quality enamel with no hydration cracks. The Caribbean Megalodon teeth consistently offer the closest to white colored enamel. Fantastic color! The bourlette is large and essentially perfect. The serrations are razor sharp including a worn tip serration. Excellent serrations! The root is an excellent creamy tan color with no hydration cracks.Great symmetry. Note - there was a 1/4" strip of the serrations on the left side of the tooth saw cut near the base and it was professionally restored. The damaged area was restricted to the edge and a piece of bourlette. This Megalodon was found in a limestone quarry in the Caribbean (Miocene age). This is an incredible Caribbean Meg tooth. A fine example of an ultra rare Caribbean Megalodon tooth, and an excellent collector's rare Megalodon tooth! Note - The limestone is sawed into thin blocks for extraction which totally destroys 99%+ of these Megalodon teeth.

A GORGEOUS, GEM copper red colored Chubutensis tooth - an upper jaw anterior tooth from the Meherrin River in northeastern No. Carolina. The "Leopard Tooth"  with incredible rare copper red and black colors! An April 2019 Fossil of the Month. Highest quality enamel. No enamel peel. A Top Quality, Triceratops horridus brow horn from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. A March Fossil of the Month. Triceratops was a large ceratopsian dinosaur found in the Hell Creek Formation. This is a special horn with exceptional detail preserved with excellent color and natural patina. Fantastic surface articulation. You can see all of the natural blood grooves around the surface of the horn. Plus the horn base end is completely cleaned to see the internal terminus of the horn - a very complete specimen (see photo). The preparation of the horn was fairly basic and simple with minor crack repair. No extensive repair or restoration. It comes with the custom steel stand as shown.
