The October 2015 Week #4 Fossil of the Month is a LARGE, GEM Megalodon PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR upper jaw tooth from the Bolan Hall Creek, Jasper Co., So. Carolina. A gorgeous symmetrical Meg with a greenish - tan crown. High quality enamel. The brown bourlette is incredible, very glossy, anbd essentially complete. A scarce Top Quality, Scyliorhinus sp. tooth, a Cat shark, for sale from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina.  Excellent color and condition. These teeth are Miocene age from the Pungo River Formation Not perfect tooth. An excellent collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. Few specimens of this species are found in the Lee Creek mine.
