A rare, EXTRA LARGE, GEM Quality Anzu wyliei hand (manus) claw from the Hell Creek Fm. of SE Montana. A February Fossil of the Month. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". A fantastic manus claw. This is 1st manus claw which is largest and most robust; often referred as the "thumb". Excellent rich brown color and patina. This specimen has incredible preservation - no pitting, nicks or wear. All surfaces are fantasic - very rare. Note - a small tip area was professionally restored which is typical for most Hell Creek claws. The repair is quite small with the repaired area being 5 mm on the right facing side of the tip. On the left facing side of tip, it is 1-2 mm. This is top quality, collector's claw from the Hell Creek of Montana. "The Best of West Java". An ultra rare, TOP QUALITY 6" Megalodon - upper jaw tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has an excellent tan with a red - brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color! The bourlette is large. The bourlette is 50% complete, but looks very nice with the dentin layer being the same color. Great color! The serrations are razor sharp with a slightly damaged tip serration. Only 4 serrations show minor damage. Great serrations for a BIG Meg.
