An Ultra Rare, Top Quality Chilean Megalodon vertebra from the phosphate layer of the Caldera region, Chile. A gorgeous brown colored and well preserved centrum.  Note this this centrum is 3-5/8" wide and 1-1/2" deep. The complete centrum would be at least 3-1/2"+ in length. Unfortunately only one centrum side was found. No repair or restoration. An exceedingly rare BIG Chilean Megalodon vertebra from the old days! A Rare, GEM Classic Peruvian Megalodon tooth with great color. This Megalodon has an incredible red &  brown colored crown. The bourlette is a dark brown and nearly complete. A 2nd May 2016 Fossil of the Month is a GEM light brown colored "Picture" Megalodon - PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth. Fantastic colors - a mix of light brown, reddish brown, some blue and charcoal highlights. Highest quality enamel - glass-like surface with no hydration cracks.
