This is an extinct elephant ancestor that inhabited North America during the late Miocene to late Pliocene. This molar has 3 cusp rows with no cusp wear. So, this is an unerupted tooth. This Megalodon has a red & blue draped over tan colored crown with a red & golden tan  colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color!  The bourlette is complete. A LARGE, beautifully prepared, Asaphus kowalewskii trilobite from the Vilpovitsy quarry, Saint Petersburg region, Russia. This trilobite has a very nice three lobe design, and interesting extended eye stalks that have evolved to see in soft & murky sediment. A Middle Ordovician trilobite, Aseri level, (470 mya). An ultra rare, Top Quality Red Site Carcharocles megalodon posterior tooth from the James River, Virginia. A nice light copper color. Great color! The enamel is the highest quality. The serrations are sharp and complete with a tip serration. Bourlette is dark brown and complete. The root is complete. Definitely a Miocene Meg with serration bumps at base. Note - you rarely see a copper red colored Megalodon tooth that has a top quality crown and serrations and a complete root.
