A rare Top Quality Carcharomodus escheri, a "serrated Mako" shark tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth from the "De Kuilen" sand pit, Mill, The Netherlands. The Carcharomodus escheri  was named as a new genus in 2015 based upon a crenulated cutting edge ("wavy serrations"), slender & distally inclined crown, and side cusplets. This is a "Blue" layer tooth which are know for the highest preservation and best color - rarely seen outside of Europe. This tooth has excellent color and preservation. Sharp cutting edge. One side cusplet. The age is late Miocene (approx. 6-8 million years ago). An excellent rare collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. A difficult tooth to source.

A Top Quality Great White tooth from the Ica region of Peru. Lower jaw tooth - juvenile shark. Highest quality enamel. An excellent TAN & BLUE colored crown with excellent serrations. Excellent serrations - no wear. The tooth exhibits the side cusps - a juvenile trait. Note - the tooth is a possible Carcharodon hubbelli, GW transition tooth, with small serrations on the lower half of the crown and no serrations on the top half of the crown. A rare, Top Quality Anzu wyliei caudal (tail) vertebra from the Hell Creek Fm. of Montana. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". An excellent vertebra. Excellent light brown color and patina. This specimen has excellent perservation. Note - the open cell structure of this theropod vertabra. Also note the large pneumatic fossa on the sides - an Anzu vertebra trait. There is a segment of tendon fossilized with this vertebra. A top quality, collector's vertebra from the Hell Creek of Montana. Note - 2014 Anzu wyliei description paper attached below. A rare GEM QUALITY Basilosaurus cetoides, an Archaeocete whale tooth found in the Flint River, Georgia. An exceptional molar. An April Fossil of the Month.
