A Rare, "Flying" Minicryphaeus giganteus trilobite. Another November Fossil of the Month. The specimen has been expertly prepared to make it completely free standing in a flying position. This is a BIG trilobite with a very unique design. Incredible shell and spine preservation and incredible size for this rare species! A well defined rostrum and excellent compound eyes. A rare Top Quality, Allosaurus fragilis  tooth. This Allosaurus crown measures 15/16" and it remains on its original Morrison Fm. matrix. The enamel is high quality. Great rich dark brown color. Good serrations. Very good overall condition and serrations. No restoration. Allosaurus was the apex predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators.
