An EXTRA LARGE, ultra rare, Top Quality Heptranchias karagalensis, Sharpnose Sevengill shark tooth from Karagaly Hill, Kazakhstan. This upper jaw  parasymphyseal tooth has 1 primary cusps. An Eocene (Bartonian), Shorym Fm. Cow shark species. The Kazakh Heptranchias karagalensis teeth are extremely rare and excellent examples are hard to locate. No repair or restoration. A LARGE, Top Quality Protolamna sokolovi, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Tarrant Co., Texas. An October Fossil of the Month. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Paw Paw Fm. shark. These teeth have a unique design with a high root face, broad side cusps, and strong vertical ridges along the crown base. This is an anterior tooth with perfect side cusps. Authenticity guaranteed. A very rare, Trigonotodus alteri shark tooth, an extinct Giant Thresher, from So. Carolina. Nice tan color.
