A rare, TOP QUALITY BIG "Georgia RED" Megalodon tooth from the Miocene - an upper jaw Principal Anterior tooth. A December Fossil 2019 of the Month. The enamel is the Highest Quality with a few, fine hydration cracks. The crown is a fantastic mix of red & brown color - very nice. An excellent, dark brown colored bourlette which is nearly complete. Razor sharp serrations including an excellent tip serration. The serrations are just about perfect with partial damage to two of them. Exceptional serrations for a BIG Meg tooth.The root is an excellent brown color, nicely articulated, and complete. A fantastic color combination. Note - these Georgia Megs are fantastic - essentially no sign of wear and excellent perservation. An incredible color collector's BIG Megalodon tooth from Georgia. A Top Quality, Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - upper jaw tooth. A March Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible BLUE colored crown with an excellent brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Exceptional color!  The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip. The root is an excellent light brown color with small hydration cracks and complete. A TOP QUALITY, very rare Archaeocete whale, Zygorhiza kochii. A large molar tooth. The first molar has a small width yoke design. An exceptional brown colored crown and root. Nicely articulated. Huge root. Note - enamel tip shows wear pattern on crown from grinding (see photo 3). Whales do not shed their teeth like the sharks so there teeth will wear with age. This tooth has no repair. A great Archaeocete molar from So. Carolina.  A very rare collector's tooth.
