An extinct early Deer-like Ruminant jaw (Leptomeryx evansi) from Sioux Co., Nebraska. Leptomeryx was one of many mammals that thrived in the Early Oligocene in North America. Found in the Brule Fm. Once thought to be a "raptor" tooth, these teeth are an Abelisaurid, a family of Ceratosaurian theropod dinosaurs with the unique straight posterior carina. They were the dominate smaller theropod in the late Cretaceous Kem Kem deposit. Great red color and serrations. Excellent preservation. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.
