This catalog contains teeth from two species of requiem sharks - Carcharhinus sp. (egertoni & limbatus). C. egertoni has a boarder, curved crown with very fine serrations while the C. limbatus has a narrow, straight crown little to no fine serrations. The Sharktooth Hill site produces great Carcharhinus teeth, but excellent examples are hard to locate. We are offering the highest quality Carcharhinus teeth from this locality.
