Otodus megalodon - Shark Tooth Listing By Species

This catalog contains excellent teeth from the most highly sought fossil shark - the extinct Giant White shark, Otodus megalodon. These teeth are noted for their wide triangular crowns which are fully serrated. O. megalodon was the undisputed king of the Miocene - Pliocene seas (2-15 million years ago), and are mostly found in the Pliocene Yorktown Formation at the Lee Creek phosphate mine. Note - See one of the finest old collections of Lee creek Megs that existed! Please note that Lee Creek produces O. megalodon and O. chubutensis teeth that are among the highest quality available, and exceptional specimens are exceedingly difficult to locate. NO restoration or repair in this group! Note - LC Megs are getting very difficult to locate. The Lee Creek mine has been closed to collecting since 2008. Offering old collection teeth!
