A Top Quality Cretolamna appendiculataan extinct Mackerel (Odontid) shark tooth from Tarrant Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Paw Paw Fm. shark. A lateral tooth. Perfect side cusps. Authenticity guaranteed. Perfect tooth.

Cretolamna appendiculata is a very popular Cretaceous shark. Crowns feature are smooth with broad side cusps. These teeth were collected from the Paw Paw Formation, Tarrant Co. All teeth are complete and well preserved.

Paw Paw Formation is early Cretaceous calcareous marl that dates to the late Albian age  (105 MYA). This formation is found in northern central Texas.
