A rare Ocucajea picklingi, a Basilosaurid whale tooth from the Ocucaje area of Peru.  An incredible late Eocene Sperm whale tooth from the Paracas Fm. This tooth has exceptional preservation, fantastic brown color, and is exceptionally clean. One crack. No restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. Perfect tooth. Unfortunately there are no more teeth coming from this site!

Scaldicetus is an extinct genus of a highly predatory sperm whale that lived in the middle to late Miocene. Scaldicetus had large teeth with irregularly wavy enamel on their conical crowns. Probable Megalodon food source along with other whale species. Peru produces exceptional Scaldicetus teeth. A 15 year+ old collection piece.
