Morocco Fossil Shark Teeth

Buried Treasure Fossils offers incredible Moroccan fossils for sale including incredible fossil shark teeth, Mosasaur & dinosaur teeth. The region around Khouribga, Morocco is known as the phosphate plateau. The phosphate mines have exposed a wealth of marine fossils dating from the Cretaceous to Eocene ages (110-35 million years ago). Shark teeth from this location are a creamy white to butterscotch colored and exhibit great preservation. The local people use very crude methods to extract these fossil teeth. Thus, the secret to securing the highest quality teeth is to painstakingly sort through large volumes of material to select the very best fossil shark teeth for you. We only offer the best quality at a reasonable price. Please be aware that the Moroccans like repair their fossils. You need to be able to trust your source and their industry knowledge. That said, Morocco also has some of the finest quality fossil specimens available. Recent late Eocene and Miocene finds from the western ("Spanish") Sahara region are now available. Authenticity guaranteed. Have a look.
