A set of two Quality Rhinoptera sp., a Cownose ray, tooth plates from Baja, Mexico. Excellent tan color. The root shows incredible detail. Very good preservation and condition. This is a Miocene age tooth from the Rosarita Beach Fm. Authenticity guaranteed. A fantastic collector's tooth from a rare locality.

Rhinoptera is a ray genus known as the Cownose rays, and is the only genus of the family Rhinopteridae. These teeth are from a very old collection of rare Baja, Mexico shark teeth.
