A rare 3-1/4" Top Quality Suwnaee River Auriculatus tooth with an incredible green color.  An exceptional upper jaw anterior tooth. Another September 2018 Fossil of the Month. Highest quality enamel! Excellent color & preservation. The bourlette is complete. The serrations are large, razor sharp and essetially complete with a nicked tip serration. Excellent side cusps. Incredible serrations for an extra large Ric tooth. The root is complete with essentially no hydration cracks. It is very hard to find these teeth in perfect condition. A extra large collector's Suwanee River Auriculatus tooth! Rare color and size. Carcharocles auriculatus, the first Giant White shark to evolve. C. auriculatus teeth are noted for their triangular crown and very large side cusps which are heavily serrated. These teeth are from the Eocene epoch. The Auriculatus was the predecessor of C. angustidens.
