A RARE, Top Quality juvenile Araripesuchus wegenari crocodile tooth from the Kem Kem beds of Morocco. A scarce rooted tooth. Incredible detail and color. Note - the Araripesuchus has a flattened crown which gives it a flattened oval profile when viewed from the base. Thought to have a mixed diet that may have included vegetation. These crocodile teeth are middle Cretaceous epoch, Cenomanian stage (96 million years ago). An exceptional collector's tooth. No repair. No restoration. Authenticity guaranteedI have seen few of this crocodile species.

These are great examples of extinct Crocodile teeth, a Cretaceous marine reptile. Sharks had to fear these creatures! Teeth of this size and quality are rare for this species! Found in the Kem Kem region, Morocco.
